Dietary Needs

VESA will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs and will share all requests with the DoubleTree by Hilton Williamsburg catering team. However, we cannot guarantee that every request can be met or that meals will be free from cross-contact with allergens. Attendees with severe food allergies or strict dietary requirements are encouraged to bring snacks or supplemental food as needed. Requests submitted after the registration deadline may not be accommodated.

Photography and Video Release

By registering for The Shared Ascent: Rooted, United, Elevated, I understand that the Virginia English Learner Supervisors' Association (VESA) and its authorized representatives may photograph and record video during conference activities on January 28–29, 2027. I grant VESA permission to use images and recordings in which I appear, without compensation, in VESA communications. These include the VESA website, social media, newsletters, the conference app, and promotional materials for future events. I understand that VESA will not sell these images or use them for commercial endorsement.
