Notifications by November 15, 2026: The conference committee is reviewing all submissions. All applicants will hear about the status of their proposal by November 15.

Early Bird rate for accepted presenters: Every accepted presenter will receive the Early Bird Conference Rate for registration, as our thank-you for helping make this conference possible.
