Onsite Conference Check-In:
Make sure to check in for the conference to receive your nametag and other "goodies" as soon as possible.  Check-In is available outside the President's Ballroom:  
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM  
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM  
 

Dining and Dietary Considerations:
We’ve carefully planned the menu to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and preferences. All food items will be clearly labeled to indicate common allergens and dietary information. If you have a specific dietary need that is not met by the menu provided, please email kirsten@vavesa.org by this Thursday.

Hotel Check-In Reminder:
Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Please plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth experience.
